Refund Processing

Products are received back at our warehouse and undergo a quality check before the refund value is initiated. Here's how refunds are processed:

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued as store credits in the form of a gift card with a validity of 1 year.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed after receiving and quality checking the returned product. This process usually takes 3-5 days for the return shipment to reach us. Once approved, refunds are reflected in your account within 3-4 business days.
  • Prepaid Orders: Amount is credited to the same bank from where the transaction originated.
  • COD/Bank Deposit: For Cash on Delivery transactions, a payout link will be sent to collect bank details for processing the refund.
