Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for all orders above Rs 2000.
- A charge of Rs 100 is applied to orders below Rs 500.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the product, we use different shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days for most locations across India.
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days for metro cities, available at an additional charge.
- Rural Areas: Deliveries may take slightly longer due to the location; please allow 5-8 business days.
Return and Exchange
- We offer free return/exchange services for eligible items.
- No reverse charges will be applied. We will bear the cost of return and exchange fulfillment.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact to qualify for a return/exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a free return and exchange.
Payment Methods
- Prepaid: We offer secure online payments via debit/credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.), and UPI.
- Bank Transfers: Accepted upon special request. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders between Rs 500 and Rs 1500. Please note, a non-refundable charge of Rs 50 will be applied for COD orders.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with the order details. You can track your order status via the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Payment Issues
If your card has been charged multiple times for the same order, don’t worry!
- Orders are typically processed only once, even if your card is authorized multiple times.
- Duplicate authorizations are usually reversed by your bank within 12 hours.
- If multiple debits appear after 12 hours, please contact our support team immediately. We may request your bank records to verify the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations across India. However, there are some areas where delivery might be restricted due to logistic limitations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative solution.
Packaging and Delivery Care
We take extra care to ensure that your items are packaged safely and securely. All clothing and fragile items are packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
